Caela- "This song is the first song my dad and I collaborated on. He had the chords and the concept and invited me to write the lyrics with him. We called each other all the time going back and forth about lyrics. He was asking me what I was looking for in love and we had some interesting conversations around it. It’s one of my favorite songs to sing, especially because everyone can relate in some way. Also, I noticed at some point that pretty much all love songs are between a man and a woman. We intentionally chose to write about love without speaking on gender. I wanted this to be a love song for everyone."
